Khalifa Economic Zones Abu Dhabi (KEZAD), formerly known as Khalifa Industrial Zone Abu Dhabi, is one of the region’s largest industrial ecosystems. This integration gives businesses direct access to sea and road connectivity, placing KEZAD at the centre of the UAE’s industrial and trade corridors between Abu Dhabi and Dubai.
KEZAD is purpose-built for sectors like metals, polymers, food and agribusiness, logistics, automotive, pharmaceuticals and advanced manufacturing. With pre-zoned industrial clusters, scalable land plots, ready facilities and strong global partnerships, KEZAD is designed for industrial expansion, export-led growth and long-term regional dominance.
