Residence Visa Process for Meydan FZ Companies
Once your business license is issued, we manage everything from application to visa stamping.
Step 1: Apply for the Establishment Card
We initiate formalities for your company’s establishment card, a mandatory requirement for all visa applications.
Step 2: Submit E-Visa Application
Our team processes the e-visa application, ensuring all necessary documents are submitted, including:
- Business license
- Establishment card
- Passport copy
- Passport-size photo
- Current visa or cancellation paper (if applicable)
Step 3: E-Visa Issuance and UAE Entry
Once the e-visa is issued, you can enter the UAE using it. If you’re already in the UAE during the e-visa application, you will be given an e-visa by the free zone, and will be assisted with the change of status process.
Step 4: Complete Medical Test

Step 5: Register for Emirates ID Biometrics

Documents Required for Meydan FZ Company Formation
To establish a company in the Meydan FZ, you must submit the following documents. Requirements may vary based on business activity and regulations.
For Individual Shareholders:
- Passport copy of shareholder(s) and manager(s)
- UAE entry stamp, visit visa copy, or residence visa copy
- Emirates ID (for UAE residents)
- Proof of address for shareholder(s) and manager(s)
